Simple site for the design portfolio of ‘Simplisto’. I like the way the sections feel like they are layered, like printed pages – adds a unique feel to this one pager.

This portfolio site attempts to replicate some of the printed work it features – using subtly transparent layers to emulate paper and a similar use of flat imagery and clear typography. The hope is to make push this layered effect beyond simple eye-candy and towards something that adds functionality for tablet users. Sadly, this addition will have to wait until iOS 7 overcomes its teething problems.
